Global Product Engineering Service

MVP development: we turn your idea into a first product real users can test.

Whether it is web, mobile or SaaS, we scope, build and launch the smallest working product that carries the hypothesis you want to validate.

    MVP ScopingProduct DesignFull-Stack Delivery

    Who This Is For

    • • Founders who want to test an idea with first users
    • • Startups that want a working product before investor meetings
    • • Companies trialling a new product line with a small scope
    • • Teams without in-house engineers or with limited capacity

    Problems We Solve

    • • Scope keeps growing and the first version never ships
    • • No clear decision on what belongs in version one
    • • A rushed prototype has to be rewritten once real users arrive

    What an MVP usually includes

    • • One core user flow that tests the assumption
    • • Sign-up/login and the minimum admin screen required
    • • Only the integrations the product cannot work without (e.g. payments)
    • • Analytics and error tracking to measure usage

What usually waits for a later phase

    • • Separate flows for a second or third user type
    • • Advanced reporting and automations
    • • Large-scale architecture before validation

    What We Build / Deliver

    • • A written MVP scope with in-scope and out-of-scope items
    • • Core user flows, interface design and development
    • • The backend, admin screens and integrations the MVP needs
    • • Launch, measurement setup and handover documentation

    Typical Project Types

    • • Web MVPs
    • • Mobile MVPs
    • • SaaS MVPs

    Timeline Expectations

Timeline depends on scope, team shape, and technical dependencies. We share a sprint-based timeline in the written proposal, built from the task list and effort estimate.

    Engagement Models

    • • Fixed-scope MVP project (with a written proposal)
    • • Post-MVP iteration and growth phases
    • • A project team working alongside your existing team

    Why Figtures

    • • We calculate the price from the task list and effort and explain it in the written proposal
    • • We assemble an outsourced team with the roles the project needs, so you do not carry idle headcount
    • • We build the MVP as a foundation to build on, not a throwaway prototype

    Delivery Approach

    Hypothesis

We pin down the assumption to validate and how success is measured.

    Scope

We pick the flows for version one and park the rest for later phases.

    Build

We build on a maintainable foundation with weekly demos.

    Launch and learn

We launch and plan the next step from usage data.

    Proposal process

    How we prepare your proposal

We do not work from a fixed price list; pricing is set per project. We analyse the project first, then an outsourced team is assembled for that scope, and the price is calculated from that team’s effort and cost. Every project goes through the same six steps; the cost estimator bands are indicative only, and the final price is documented in a written proposal.

    What we build, and where

We take on every kind of software work in every sector: web, mobile, SaaS, AI, integrations, and internal systems. We are based in Istanbul and work remotely with clients in every city in Turkey and in other countries.

    1. 01

      We listen to your request

We listen to your business goal, users, existing systems, timeline and budget expectations, and review any documents, designs, or examples you share.

    2. 02

We define the scope and task list

We break the request into tasks at the level of screens, flows, integrations, and technical components, and write down what is in and out of scope.

    3. 03

      We estimate the effort

We estimate design, development, testing, and release effort for each task and flag open questions as explicit assumptions.

    4. 04

      We assemble the project team

Based on the scope, we decide which roles the project needs (e.g. product design, frontend, backend, mobile, AI, QA) and assemble an outsourced team for it; team size follows the effort estimate.

    5. 05

We calculate the price and document the proposal

We calculate the price from the effort and the cost of the assembled team and prepare a written proposal covering scope, assumptions, timeline, price, and handover terms.

    6. 06

We add a technical document when needed

When the requirements call for it, we prepare a technical document describing architecture, integrations, and data flow, and deliver it together with the proposal.

Figures come from the bands in our free project cost estimator (TRY). This is not a fixed price list: the price is calculated in a written proposal after the project analysis, from the task list, the effort and the cost of the outsourced team assembled for it.

    Timeline, pricing, and handover terms

Delivery timelines, pricing, and handover terms are project-specific: after the project analysis they are set in the written proposal from the effort and cost of the outsourced team assembled for it. Below is what influences them and what a handover typically includes, so you can judge fit before you ask for a quote.

    What drives timeline and price

    • • Scope: number of screens, user roles, and workflows; MVP or expanded platform
    • • Integrations: payments, CRM/ERP, third-party APIs, and data migration
    • • Team: required roles and how many people work in parallel
    • • Compliance and security: KVKK/GDPR, permissions, audit logging, and industry requirements
    • • Existing assets: whether designs, a codebase, or infrastructure already exist

    What a handover typically includes

The exact handover scope is defined in each proposal; it typically includes:

    • • Source code and repository access
    • • Technical and usage documentation
    • • Access transfer for hosting, domain, and third-party service accounts
    • • A knowledge transfer session with your team

Post-launch maintenance and support are scoped separately; their duration, coverage, and response model are written into the proposal per project rather than offered as a standard SLA. Our 6-step proposal process

    Best Fit

    • • Teams with a clear target user and an assumption to test
    • • Founders willing to keep version one small and decide with data

When We May Not Be the Right Fit

    • • Projects that want every feature in version one without prioritising
    • • Requests for a clickable visual demo only

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is an MVP, and how is it different from a prototype?+

An MVP (minimum viable product) is the smallest working product that real users can use and that is enough to test an assumption. A prototype is usually a clickable design; it does not store data or go live to users.

How long does MVP development take?+

It depends on scope. Using the example timelines in our cost estimator, a SaaS MVP takes 2–4 months and a general web/custom software MVP 2–3 months; a mobile MVP takes from 1–2 weeks to 6–8 weeks depending on the project. The exact timeline is in the written proposal.

How much does MVP development cost?+

Example bands (excl. VAT): SaaS MVP ₺550,000–₺1,050,000, mobile MVP ₺420,000–₺820,000, general / custom software MVP ₺350,000–₺680,000. We have no fixed price list; the price is calculated after the project analysis from the task list, the effort and the cost of the outsourced team.

I am not technical; how do we decide the MVP scope?+

After listening to your request we write a task list at the level of screens, flows and integrations and mark each item as in scope or later phase. Technical decisions are presented as plain-language options with their impact.

Can we continue with the same team after the MVP?+

Yes. New phases are scoped through the same proposal process, or we hand the product over to your own team. The handover includes source code, repository access and documentation.

Which sectors and locations do you build MVPs for?+

We work across all sectors. We are based in Istanbul and serve every city in Turkey and clients abroad remotely.
