1. General Terms
By using this website, you agree to the following terms of service. Figtures reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
2. Service Description
Figtures is a product studio offering AI implementation, SaaS development, product design, full-stack engineering, mobile app development, and technical consulting services. The scope and details of services are determined on a project basis.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on this website are the intellectual property of Figtures and are protected by copyright laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
4. Project Agreements
A separate service agreement is drawn up for each project. This agreement details the project scope, delivery dates, payment terms, and obligations of both parties.
5. Payment Terms
Payment plans are specified in the project agreement. Generally, 50% payment is made at project start and 50% upon delivery. A late payment interest of 2% per month may be applied to overdue payments.
6. Limitation of Liability
Figtures takes utmost care to deliver its services at the highest quality. However, it cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties are obligated to protect confidential information shared during the project. The confidentiality obligation remains in effect for 2 years after project completion.
8. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Turkey.
