    Nearshore DeliveryFull-Stack DevelopmentProduct Engineering

    Who This Is For

    • • European companies that need more product engineering capacity
    • • Founders without an in-house team looking for a remote development partner
    • • Teams that struggled with time zones and communication in offshore work
    • • International companies that also want to launch a product in Turkey

    Problems We Solve

    • • Distant time zones delay every decision by a day
    • • Code and IP ownership are left vague in the contract
    • • Price, scope and team structure are never written down up front

    Why nearshore in Turkey

    • • Time zone: Istanbul is on UTC+3 all year, 1–2 hours ahead of Central Europe and 2–3 hours ahead of the UK
    • • Communication: meetings, proposals and documentation in English
    • • Team model: an outsourced team assembled per project with the roles it needs, one point of contact

    Contract, data and ownership

    • • A GDPR data processing agreement (DPA) where personal data is processed
    • • Code, licensing and IP ownership written into the signed proposal and service agreement
    • • Source code, repository access and documentation at handover; NDA on request
    • • The hosting region is chosen with you during the project analysis

    What We Build / Deliver

    • • A written proposal with the task list, effort estimate and price
    • • An outsourced team assembled for the project and a single point of contact
    • • A technical document when needed: architecture, integrations, acceptance criteria
    • • Source code, repository access and handover documentation

    Typical Project Types

    • • SaaS Products
    • • Web & Mobile Apps
    • • AI Features

    Timeline Expectations

Timeline depends on scope, team shape, and technical dependencies. We share a sprint-based timeline in the written proposal, built from the task list and effort estimate.

    Engagement Models

    • • Fixed-scope project (with a written proposal)
    • • Phased product development
    • • A project team working alongside your in-house team

    Why Figtures

    • • Istanbul is on UTC+3 all year: 1–2 hours ahead of Central Europe and 2–3 hours ahead of the UK
    • • The price is calculated from the task list and effort and explained in the written proposal
    • • The team is assembled for each project with the roles it needs

    Delivery Approach

    Discovery call

We listen to your goals, constraints and timeline in an online call.

    Proposal

We present the task list, effort, team and price in a written proposal.

    Delivery

We build with demos in shared working hours and regular progress reports.

    Handover

We hand over source code, access and documentation.

    Proposal process

    How we prepare your proposal

We do not work from a fixed price list; pricing is set per project. We analyse the project first, then an outsourced team is assembled for that scope, and the price is calculated from that team’s effort and cost. Every project goes through the same six steps; the cost estimator bands are indicative only, and the final price is documented in a written proposal.

    What we build, and where

We take on every kind of software work in every sector: web, mobile, SaaS, AI, integrations, and internal systems. We are based in Istanbul and work remotely with clients in every city in Turkey and in other countries.

    1. 01

      We listen to your request

We listen to your business goal, users, existing systems, timeline and budget expectations, and review any documents, designs, or examples you share.

    2. 02

We define the scope and task list

We break the request into tasks at the level of screens, flows, integrations, and technical components, and write down what is in and out of scope.

    3. 03

      We estimate the effort

We estimate design, development, testing, and release effort for each task and flag open questions as explicit assumptions.

    4. 04

      We assemble the project team

Based on the scope, we decide which roles the project needs (e.g. product design, frontend, backend, mobile, AI, QA) and assemble an outsourced team for it; team size follows the effort estimate.

    5. 05

We calculate the price and document the proposal

We calculate the price from the effort and the cost of the assembled team and prepare a written proposal covering scope, assumptions, timeline, price, and handover terms.

    6. 06

We add a technical document when needed

When the requirements call for it, we prepare a technical document describing architecture, integrations, and data flow, and deliver it together with the proposal.

Figures come from the bands in our free project cost estimator (TRY). This is not a fixed price list: the price is calculated in a written proposal after the project analysis, from the task list, the effort and the cost of the outsourced team assembled for it.

    Timeline, pricing, and handover terms

Delivery timelines, pricing, and handover terms are project-specific: after the project analysis they are set in the written proposal from the effort and cost of the outsourced team assembled for it. Below is what influences them and what a handover typically includes, so you can judge fit before you ask for a quote.

    What drives timeline and price

    • • Scope: number of screens, user roles, and workflows; MVP or expanded platform
    • • Integrations: payments, CRM/ERP, third-party APIs, and data migration
    • • Team: required roles and how many people work in parallel
    • • Compliance and security: KVKK/GDPR, permissions, audit logging, and industry requirements
    • • Existing assets: whether designs, a codebase, or infrastructure already exist

    What a handover typically includes

The exact handover scope is defined in each proposal; it typically includes:

    • • Source code and repository access
    • • Technical and usage documentation
    • • Access transfer for hosting, domain, and third-party service accounts
    • • A knowledge transfer session with your team

Post-launch maintenance and support are scoped separately; their duration, coverage, and response model are written into the proposal per project rather than offered as a standard SLA. Our 6-step proposal process

    Best Fit

    • • Companies that want to work from a written scope and proposal
    • • Teams open to weekly demos and communication during shared hours

When We May Not Be the Right Fit

    • • Buyers looking only to hire individual developers by the hour
    • • Projects expecting a fixed price without a written scope

    Frequently Asked Questions

How does the time difference work?+

Istanbul is on UTC+3 all year, 1–2 hours ahead of Central Europe and 2–3 hours ahead of the UK. Most of the working day overlaps, so meetings and demos are scheduled in shared hours.

    How do you handle GDPR?+

Where the project involves personal data, a data processing agreement (DPA) is signed as part of the contract. Which data is stored where, and the hosting region, are decided with you during the project analysis.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?+

Scope, licensing and intellectual property are set out explicitly in the signed proposal and service agreement. The handover includes source code, repository access, documentation and account access transfer; a non-disclosure agreement is available on request.

What language do you work in?+

Meetings, written communication, proposals and technical documentation run in English. We also work in Turkish.

How does the outsourced team model work?+

We listen to your request and write the task list and effort estimate. We then assemble an outsourced team with the roles the project needs (for example design, frontend, backend, mobile) and calculate the price from that team’s cost. Figtures remains your single point of contact.

What are the example price bands?+

Example bands from our cost estimator (Turkish lira, excl. VAT): general / custom software MVP ₺350,000–₺680,000, SaaS MVP ₺550,000–₺1,050,000. The final price is set in a written proposal after the project analysis.
